Calvi Present at the CEM in Telecoms North America Summit

09 October 2017 | Jana van Dam

The Customer Experience Summit is all about digital transformation and digitization for carriers. At this summit, carriers will present their experiences, goals and successes in this area of expertise. Topics during this summit range from ‘The Internet of Things and its impact on customer experience strategy’ to ‘Meeting customers’ real needs and responding to their actual behavior – uncovering the unconscious in marketing research’. The CEM in Telecoms North America Summit will be held on 24-26 October in Atlanta, Georgia.

We will participate as an exhibitor at the summit and we are looking forward to meeting you at our booth, where we can share our knowledge and best practices with you. At Calvi, we understand that CEM initiatives are seen as an important strategy to differentiate your company. We look forward to hearing about best practices and initiatives that you want to share with us.

On day 2, we will organize a round-table session: a session where we will discuss and share opinions about the added value of your invoice, how the invoice impacts the customer experience and what years of research have told us. Calvi will propose a dilemma and ask different questions, which are aimed at encouraging interaction and the sharing of knowledge. We look forward to meeting you at our stand!
