We are proud participants of the latest European eDelivery initiative, AS4EDI, and we would like to share an exciting status update with you!
Let’s start off with a short recap on the initiative. AS4EDI is a project co-financed by the European Commission within the CEF Telecom Program and is managed by INEA (Executive Agency of Innovation and Networks) through the 2018 CEF Telecom eDelivery call. Together with other experienced EDI providers, we are collaborating to promote the use of eDelivery infrastructure in Europe. You can read more about the project and its goal on the official website.
Status update on AS4EDI
We are proud to announce that our AS4 Access Point is now up and running. The Service Metadata Publisher (SMP) is now online, and we are able to register customers on AS4. Our DevOps team is currently working on the CEF Connectivity tests, in which they ran into some issues with the underlying products. They will continue testing until everything is 110% ready for implementation. The production environments for SMP and AS4 are in the air, and we conducted several tests with OpenPEPPOL and SimplerInvoicing, which were completed successfully. This means that we are ready to launch, and we are eagerly awaiting the latest release of our software to do so.
Calvi's vision on e-invoicing
We believe that bills should be sent and processed automatically, without manual intervention. Not only does this allow for an easier switch to digital, but it is also an eco-friendly way of doing business and allows your customers to save time and effort.
E-invoicing enables customers to fully digitize the distribution and subsequent processing of bill related documents. We empower customers to choose their own optimal digital billing journey. E-invoicing ensures faster time till payment and is one of the drivers for excellent customer experience and retention.
