Calvi attends Customer Experience Summit in Washington

On the 18th and 19th of June Calvi will be present at the yearly Customer Experience Management in Telecoms event in Washington. This event is all about digital transformation and the increased focus on customer experience in the telecom industry. We are looking forward to seeing both new and familiar faces at this event.

At this event, our Sales Director Steve Hall will facilitate an interactive discussion session on “Solving the digital transformation puzzle”. This session will focus on digital transformation strategies and the importance of getting your ducks in a row before attempting to transform all aspects of your organization.

When asked about his topic for the round-table session, Steve states: “There are different ways to find a solution to any problem, but it is difficult to find a solution if you don’t know what your final goal is. Compare it to solving a puzzle: without an overall picture it’s even harder to solve.”

Furthermore, Boris van Beek - VP Digital & Customer Operations Business Market of T-Mobile Netherlands - will join us in Washington. He will give a presentation about The bill as a key asset in customer experience. T-Mobile believes that the bill is key in the customer journey, and Boris will talk about T-Mobile’s digital transformation experiences. We are delighted that T-Mobile shares our vision on the bill being a key asset, and we look forward to sharing this common vision at the event.
