On January 30-31, 2019, Calvi will be present at the yearly Customer Experience Management in Telecoms Global event, held in London. As we’ve been attending this event for several consecutive years now, we look forward to seeing both familiar and new faces and catching up on what has been happening in the industry.
One of our representatives, Daniel, will facilitate an interactive discussion through means of a round-table session. The topic of this round-table session will be the role of CSPs in 2025: will they evolve into data providers or customer relationship owners? It’s no coincidence that we chose this topic to facilitate the round-table session, as this event will revolve around the question many of us are currently trying to answer: “How can we keep pace with our customers to remain relevant in the highly digitalized world of increased competition from new arising sources?”
These new arising sources - that have been marked as ‘disruptive’ for our industry - are companies like Netflix and Spotify. We would like to look at this from a different perspective: are these new arising sources competitors, or could they just as well become partners? We are very keen to hear what your thoughts are, so please join us at our table in London!
Would you like to schedule a meeting beforehand? Let us know!
