The billing experience and capabilities survey is now launched

We are proud to announce that the billing experience and capabilities survey is now live! This survey is created in collaboration with ETIS and representatives from Deutsche Telekom, Swisscom, KPN and Proximus, to measure and compare yourself to peers across Europe.

This survey is a follow-up to the Digital Billing & Payments Manifesto created by the ETIS Smart Charging and Payments Working Group two years ago. This Manifesto was written by our collective belief that digitalization is a multi-stakeholder initiative and serves as a blueprint for where Telcos wanted to be regarding digital billing. But where are they now, two years later? And what trends can we see from this data?

So how do you compare to your peers across Europe? Participate in the Billing Experience and capabilities and find out! The deadline for the survey is November 12, and we will present the first results of our report during our Webinar with ETIS on December 9.

All participants will receive anonymized results of the survey in a basic report with graphics and an excel file with all data. Telcos can see data from other telcos in exchange for sharing their non-anonymized results, which is an excellent benchmarking opportunity for the telecom industry.
