Calvi has been awarded with a Platinum medal by EcoVadis’ for our approach to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) management. This entails that we have been awarded with the highest possible rating of EcoVadis. With this recognition, we are now amongst the top 1% of suppliers assessed by EcoVadis in all categories. We are proud to have achieved this goal and ecstatic to be rewarded for our CSR efforts.

As part of our CSR strategy, we have increased our focus on employee development and sustainability. We value the well-being of our employees, and personal growth is very important to us. As a result, we implemented new policies on goal-setting, education, and performance reviews. Besides employee development, we also concentrated on the environment and introduced a new plan for waste separation and implemented a new policy that encourages employees to opt for electric vehicles.
